depends on what your after. i personally wanna be huge, but im pretty fat, so i remain cutting.
if i had your build id personally clean bulk for a while till i got over 200lbs

Ya my goal is to be 175lbs to 185lbs ripped. So Im guessing I should bulk up to about 200lbs? Any comments are welcome. Any tips for bulking are also appreciated ( other than the good old eat eat eat and eat some more)lol

Depends really, if you wanna reach your goal in the shortest possible time, do a long (very clean) bulk. If you wanna look sexy while you do it, cut first.

Ya I have been trying to do a clean bulk and have put on like 3lbs maybe in the last 3-4 weeks. Was hoping to put on a bit more than that. I think starting this week I am going to really start counting my calories and get really strict on my diet.

It really depends on what you are after. I think that you should cut down and get that bf% lower and clean bulk in the fall. Train hard, eat like a mf, and shed out of the cacoon next spring.
But then again, I am biased as I have been trying to drop off the fat for awhile.

Clean Bulk and EAT EAT EAT, but be strict on the foods, high in protein, low in fat! If your not gaining any weight then your not eating enough in my opinion. Overall not bad, keep it up.

Thanks JUCD VPR. Ya I think my diet is pretty clean right now. I just need to eat a lot more of these clean foods to pack on some mass.
