EC STack A Real Kick In The Nuts!

Well I lost about 25 lbs a couple of months ago using EC Stack... It sure works
freaken well! I started bulking up the last 2 months and im ready to let the 6 pack out again.

I took a dose of EC stack this morning and whoa I had forgotten how well this stuff works... It really is the cheapest way to create an at home fat scorching supplement! I have tried hydroxycut hardcore and other fat burners that are 50-60$ a bottle... and it doesnt work as well as my 20$ EC stack...

Save your money... EC works really well...

Just a heads up...

Look at the picture to see my transformation.. EC gave me incredible energy and just melted fat off me while I was eating well and doing cardio...

Done a few EC cycles in the past 4 months or so and have nothing bad to say about it.

I wish more people would educate themselves on it and not listen to the media bull**** about ephedrine

Yes Ephedrine/caffeine I don't take the aspirine... its not needed.

A hit of EC Is 25mg ephedrine/ Caffeine 200mg heres how I took it...

4-week cycle. ~ Anything more than 6 weeks straight is not recommended...

Week 1
Take one ECA dosage per day. You should take it early in the morning before breakfast or cardio.

Week 2
Take twice a day. Once before breakfast, and once at around noon time. Instead of noon-time, you can take it 30 minutes before your workout, if your workout is before 6:30pm

Week 3
Take three times a day. Once before breakfast, once at around noon time, and once at around 4:00pm.

Week 4 | no ECA stack this week..
This one week lay-off ensures that your body does not build a dependency for the stack.

First few times you might want to start at a lower dosage to see your tollerence to this stack...

No EC as in Ephedrine and Caffeine, The effective aspirin dosage is 325mg which can cause stomach problems over time.

I only do the EC..no A

Currently 3 doses per day (1 dose = 200mg Caffeine and 25mg of ephedrine)

Tomorrow i actually start coming down and doing 2 doses and then i'm done for a few weeks.

Start slow (1 dose per day) and then move up from there to a max. of 3.

Even if its 20-30$ a month it works better than 99% of the 50$ hydroxycrap and other products... I buy caffeine for 8$ a bottle and ephedrine cost me about 9$ a bottle for 400mg which lasts like 10-12 days...

Oh I wasn't doubting the effectiveness, I've taken a Hot-Rox, and Ripped Fuel with zero results and spending way more money. Never going back to that crap.

Cost me about 25~ for a month. I can get 15 day's worth of ephedrine for 11 and some change, so you need two of them, and a bottle of caffeine which is like 4 dollars.

I recommend using green tea also.

I've seen multiple suggestions on this board that these be added to a EC stack just wondering if anyone is doing/has done this and what the results were.

They'd both be fine. I take BCAAs with my EC stack too, because I carb cycle and dont want to lose muscle mass

Good difference between the two pictures. You definitely look alot more toned and have less BF% in the 2nd picture.

So as you said you were taking 25mg ephedrine/ Caffeine 200mg once per day in the first week and upping it by one tablet for both the 2nd week and 2 tablets for the 3rd week. Did you notice any side effects AT ALL (whether slight or significant) because I am seriously considering an EC cycle in the near future. I was already looking into taking the caffeine and if it is considerably more effective with the ephedrine I'll take that as well.

I can get Hydroxycut quite cheaply ($25 AU a bottle or two for $45 AU) at this pharmacy near me, but I don't want to buy it if it isn't going to make a difference.

Yeah im eating a high protein diet.. I am about 162 lbs and im eating like 200 grams a day of protein with about 200 grams of carbs... Trying to get lean for the summer... Do you think this should be enough for maybe losing BF and gaining muscle?

I had some really bad side effects from hydroxycut hardcore... had chills and flu like symptoms...

EC Stack the only sides are a bit of jitterness and alot of energy....

The protein sounds right - not sure about the carbs, as everyone reactly differently. I'm carb cycling right now, so i do about 4 low days (<50g), 2 med days (75ish) and a refeed day (300+)

Only thing i noticed with EC as bad side effects was hardcore sweating.

Yeah thats what I did to lose the 30 pounds... carb cycling works really really well with cardio...

I would recommend low carbs with 2 high carb days.

Most definitely does!

Also, I find low intensity cardio works best with the EC stack, don't know about you.

I do 25min in the morn and another 30 in the afternoon on cardio days
