I'm 15, 5'8, 135 pounds, around 12% b/f. Do you think I could lose 12 pounds and get really toned without cardio?? I would still do lots of toning exercises, such as crunches.
Can anyone help me, or has anyone done this?
why do you wanna lose 12 pounds when you are 135 pounds?? Keep bulking man get to 160 then loose 12 pds, gain muscle and mass, dont worry about abs if thats what youre worried about they will get there, eat tons and get on some weight gainer shakes
