X-Factor Log (and it actually helped my joint problem)
Background: Started working out 10 months ago, within two months went from 168lbs to 188lbs. Due to bad diet during school months I got back to the 175ish and did get that much of a gain other than my initial one.
I have always have problems with my left shoulder which was cracking when doing a full rotation (even without weights, just stretching)
May 2007: I started X-Factor a week ago and creatine 2 weeks before X-Factor. I was at 178lbs before creatine. Before taking X-Factor I was at 182lbs. Now after a week I am at 186lbs; could be still gains from Creatine or X-Factor that started to kick in. Didn't experience any sleeping troubles but now wake up with a extremely dry mouth and sore throat which clears up after a few hours. Surprisingly, people reported problems with joints... I've had a positive effect with X-factor, my shoulder does not crack anymore and I am able to traing my shoulders with heavy weights. My goal would be to reach 200lbs by the end of this cycle. I'll keep it posted on a weekly basis.
