1/4 cup brown rice
1 cup broccoli
5 Flaxseed Oil softgels
Meal 2 totals: 365 calories/37 protein/35 carb/7.5 fat
Meal 3: (Pre-Work)
1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop ON whey
8 ounces skim milk
Meal 3 totals: 500 calories/42 protein/70 carb/7 fat
Meal 4: (Post-Work)
1 scoop ON whey
1 scoop gatorade powder
1 banana
Meal 4 totals: 290 calories/24 protein/47 carb/1 fat
Meal 5:
6-8 ounces chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup broccoli
Meal 5 totals: 465 calories/40 protein/67 carb/3.5 fat
Meal 6:
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

Do you guys think this is pretty good? Any suggestions to make it better are appreciated. Also should i replace the banana post-workout for maybe a couple tbsp of honey instead, or should i keep the banana? Or should i just get rid of the banana all together and not add anything? I can't decide.

Looks solid. I'd get rid of the banana post workout and replace it with some dextrose if I were you. If you can't find dextrose powder then I'd reccomend either gatorade powder or grape juice (make sure it's not the concentrate version).
Other than that, it looks perfect. Very clean.Age: 17
