ON 100% Whey contains more isolate then it does concentrate, so I'd go with that. Just make sure it's chocolate or chocolate mint. The other flavors suck.

Neither go with Dymatize Butter Cream Toffee 5.5 pounds for 25 bucks best tasting concentrate out there with many flavors

OR
