Its usually a good idea to split the doses in either 2-3 doses (depending on how much you are taking for the day)
I have the same concentration as you do and will normally take 20mcg upon waking, 30mcg 3 hours later, and usually another 30mcg prior to working out or slightly after; depending on when I train
