Ok... Let me try and give a suggestion. It is based on the idea of the 5 X 5 routine (personally-tailored version).
According to one rep max calculations, 240 lbs X 5 reps is about where you are. If you get a chance, please try this during one of your next bench workouts:
After warming up (dynamic stretching-lifts with bar only)...
200 X 5; 210 X 5; 220 X 5; 230 X 5; 240 X 5
Rest at least 3 minutes between sets (I rest 4 min. when I go heavy).
Let me know how that goes.Bench (raw): 325 lbs. X 1
Incline Bench Press (raw): 225 lbs. X 8
Squat (single ply): 355 lbs. X 3
Deadlift (single ply): 441 lbs. X 1
Powerlifting Total (single ply): 1116 lbs.
Barbell Curl: 140 lbs. X 1
Standing Military Press: 190 lbs. X 1
Weighted Dips: BW + 110 lbs. X 3
Weighted Pullups: BW + 90 lbs. X 1

3 things that will help-
1)Better music
2) As others have said, train your triceps. You came off the chest easy and had trouble with the second half of the lift.

First and foremost. Your set up is sloppy. Pull your feet up under you more. Widen that grip you have long arms. You have to shorten that range of motion to bench the big weights. Get tighter! When the bar is coming to your chest you should be thinking of pushing your body up to meet the bar.
Also if you are pressing raw dont just focus on triceps you have to focus on everything. Chest, Deltoids(Front, side, Rear) Lats, Traps, Triceps and biceps.
You are going to have to gain weight. At that height you have a lot of frame to fill out.
Congrats on the improvement you have made!"Powerlifters put it deeper in the hole."

i will be starting sheiko training routine #2 monday. i hope to hit 300 on both bench and squat after this is done. if i do i guess its time to join a gym cause thats all the weight i have. its hard to dead since i only have 300lbs been doing 3x10 pretty easy so i have no idea what my max is. my body weight is increasing steadly now hope i can keep it up.
