Intro / about me:
Pretty simple story here. I was fat as a kid...I was always the biggest one (and not in a good way). I topped out at 230 or so at the start of junior year in high school. I hardly did anything outside of playing on the tennis team and getting good grades.
On January 1st, 2006 I decided to change. I started lifting (albeit with an AWFUL routine), doing TONS of cardio and eating way too little. I did the best I could, I got down to a stick-thin 165 pounds. I was overjoyed about losing all that weight, but I was just WAY too thin. I lost 60 pounds in 5-6 months....not healthy. I had zero strength and zero muscle. That is where my love for lifting began. I started with Rippetoes midway through summer, when I realized that I need to start putting some weight on. Ever since, I have been hooked.
I went off to college at Georgetown Univeristy and I put on a nice 35 pounds in the first year there! I was thrilled. I surely put on a fair amount of fat, but I can still the oultine of my abs. I was tested a couple of weeks ago (water) at 14-15% BF, which I think is pretty accurate.
With all of that said, I am completely dedicated to this life and I plan to live it for the rest of my life.
Now, on to the reason for this log. I have had gynecomastia since I hit puberty. I always thought it was because I was fat, but when I lost all the weight it never went away. Come to find out, I have glands about the size of a grape and a half (worse on the right), behind each nipple. The embarassment has really gotten to me, even though I have been pretty good in dealing with it all.
I finally decided that it was time for the gyno to go, so I have surgery scheduled for JULY 2nd! This log will be the cut for 30 days that leads into that surgery.

WHAT? You are only hitting legs ONCE per and everything else twice? Yes folks, the routine may look like I am avoid legs, but I am not. My legs are my largest bodypart by far (check pics), but more importantly, I am working construction this summer (50+ hours a week) and my legs and lower back are pretty beat throughout the week. Working them once given my job and their size is PLENTY.

I have used Scorch and Melting point before and LOVE them both. Purple Wraath is awesome and I hope that the combo of PW and Syntesize allows me to hold to a serious amount of muscle on this cut.

Mon - HIGH (300g - 2800 calories)
Tues - LOW (150g - 2600 calories)
Weds - NO (75g or less - 2500 calories)
Thurs - HIGH
Friday - LOW
Sat - LOW
SUN - NO
Pretty simple here. A basic Carb Cycling. I have tried both high carb days before and on my leg days, and I find that a high carb day before my leg day works out better than having the high carb day ON my leg day.
Short Term Goal: Get to about 193-195 or so with some serious fat loss in a mere 30 days.
