Yeah, if you go down to the bottom of the page you will see a plug for his "4 hour Workweek" book or whatever.
I wouldn't say it is impossible given his weight, but only if loaded with roids and this guy seems like a liar given how he claims he did it. I was 165 prior to a string of biopsies that prevented me from working out for a few months. I dropped down to 155 lbs at that time and did 4 weeks of 4-AD and 19-nor, and got up to 174 lbs when it was done, and only dropped down to 172 within the first two weeks, and started gaining again towards the end of pct. So overall that is pretty close to 20 lbs of muscle, no body fat increase, and maybe a 1 lb or two more of water.
I'd say this guy had to have weighed more prior to 148, used roids, and even then is lying about something.Last edited by Danik; 05-30-2007 at 02:38 PM.

Except in a few scenarios (casey Viator) this is highly unlikely. The only way I see this as a possibility is if the guy previously had that much muscle mass, let it decline over a period of time and then thanks to muscle memory was able to add that mass again quickly, but 34 new pounds of muscle would be impossible.

Hypothesis:
1) Take laxatives for weeks before cycle to get all the solid weight out.
2) Take diuretics, exercise with plastics on, and sit in the sauna for copius amounts of time.
With this into conderation, one could loose a good 15-20 pounds. Once done, you can then start a magical 28 day cycle which consists of:
3) Intake massive amount of water a day.
4) Take creatine mono and tons of salt to promote water retention.
5) Roids, HGH, etc... whatever you can think of
6) Eat like crazy
7) Plenty of rest and Sleep
Considering this, it's possible to gain all 34 pounds in that period of 28 days. The fact that the muscle cross sectional area increases when it has more water, it is possible to mistake muscle hypertrophy for muscle revolumization. Hey, there's a chance somebody can gain 34 pounds of pure muscle in 28 days, I'm not sure how likely it could happen.Last edited by ironhead184; 05-30-2007 at 09:08 PM.
