I've been dieting and working out since the begining of April. i'm quite happy with the lessoning of my stomach and the apparent abs that I have underneath (plenty of ab work), however, i'm having trouble losing the fat pouch on the sides and on my lower back.
Any help?

ANy tips on how i can get rid of my love-handles? I can't seem to get rid of them no matter how much cardio i engage in!

I've used Lipoderm for 5 weeks and it does work.Lovehandles,fat on lower back, the same problem areas you have.If you have the money,get it. Do a search on it and you find more satisfied customers other than my self.(STAY AWAY FROM CUTTING GEL AND THE LIKE) I found out the hard way.No fat loss, just money loss.
