i think one donut a dy for a month isa hel ofa lot worse because u will constaly be feedin **** to ur body, if u eat 30 donuts in one day ur body wont digest it and ul js **** a lto of it out, ive trie this, ive had like 2 cheesecakces in one day an instne amoutn of stuff next mornign i take a **** go for a jog and in afew days of extra cardio back to nromal, no damage done, 1 donut a day for 30 days hoever is slowly adding crap is a lot worse becs it will get stores and mess up the rest of ur nutrition

LMAO. Great question. I'd go for 30 in one day, but be sure to eat them consecutively, rather than spaced out throughout the day. Wash 'em down with a couple of raw eggs and a bottle of castor oil, just like Lard Ass in the Stand By Me pie eating contest. You'll puke your guts out and won't be able to look at another donut until the next month, when you can repeat the process!

i also figured he would eat 30 throughout the day, which would result in alot more of it being stored as fat. i cant imagion eatting 30 doughnuts at once, i think the urge to puke would quickly surpass the joy of stuffing myself.

easy answer..
30 donuts in one day every month. This would be considered a "cheat" day.
Think about it. You'll **** out all of it. Won't be able to wipe anymore cuase your arsehole will be so shredded...
I mean.. how much fat would you gain just from that?!? .25"? LOL NOT EVEN!
But if you eat a donut everydya. As previously said.. would be like feeding your body **** every single day..The Iron never lies to you. Picture all the insulin the brain would release after eating 30 doughnuts straight. I'd think it would be enough to last 7 hours. But a doughnut a day, when strategically placed, would be used for glycogen restoration, and the insulin released would be 1/30th of that of 30 doughnuts. However, if one has been cutting on a very low carb diet, 30 doughnuts at once would be very helpful for glycogen and metabolism restoration.

ya like maybe when you first wake up....
I don't think your body would even have the chance let alone know how to metabolize the nutrients from the donuts. 30 of them1?? Jeez.. my vote goes toward an expensive bowel movement. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. And when the two hearts began to beat together, they filled the heavens with a terrible sound. For the first time, the gods knew fear. They tried to flee, but it was too late. The Klingon hearts destroyed the gods who created them and turned the heavens to ashes. To this very day, no one can oppose the beating of two Klingon hearts."

30 doughnuts in 1 day.
you cant possibly matabolize that many calories in such a short time, and it will definatly go towards fat. One a day isnt great, but it gives you a much better chance at using some of this energy.5'10"

Actually a donut a day dont do much damage if you're bulking. If you're cutting, I'd say having 30 donuts in a day for month is better. This would count as the cheat meal of the month. Just make sure you eat nothing but 30 donuts for that day. Each donut has about 200 calories, so that would be 6000 calories in a day.

Hmmm... ok..
Eating 30 doughnuts in one day.. or ONE doughnut a day for thirty days..
Let's see...
If you consume 15.000 calories in one day.. a very low percentage of it will be stored as fat, IF ANY.
You could also consume this 15.000 calories in three days.. and then you would see some real gaining of fat! :>.
In the past.. I've eaten whatever I want on my cheatday and not gained one pound, but if I'd have eaten this amount over three days, then I'd have gained a lot!
August.
