stuck in a rut with training etc
depresion not getting results for efforts, advice?
Right I've been training for a while now I stay about the same size and lose fat very slowly but put muscle on fairly easily, im at my wits end and its really getting me down, i feel like i have to go to the gym 12 times per wk just to not get fat.
Ive been on a calorie/carb controlled diet and have been eating about 500 kcals less than usual to lose fat but instead ive put on 6lbs in 10 days after training hard for 1 hr and heavy and walking at least 30 mins day so whats going on? I'm going to post my routine here and see what people think im doing wrong or have i just got a freaky body that will always look this way.
WHAT I AM WHAT I WANT TO BE
I'm 5.6ft 5.8 FT HAHA!
129lbs 118lbs
35dd 33dd (ee oneday)
24 22
35 33
bf 19% i think 13% i think
im trying to get into ketosis but im soo tired and cant stop peeing, only drink 1 ltr water a day at a push(yes i know thats bad i am trying more)
breakfast: 3 egg omlette with lean ham, 1 pint green tea
lunch: 500g prawns and lettuce
cardio: 45mins-1hr
snack: 300ml protein shake skimmed milk
preworkout: chicken breast and mushrooms
weights:split between back/legs/chest and abs(with a weight)/bis/tris/shoulders (1hr each with a mixture of very low rep heavy 3-6 and high reps lighter 15-20 for about 4-6 sets)
snack: 300ml protein shake skimmed milk
dinner: salmon steak and lettuce
bed: ahhhhh!
supplements:
clen at the moment just started on 40mcg at the moment will work my way upto 80mcg max over 2 weeks if i stop getting the shakes, my head is shaking right now, taken with 4 lipo 6 per day. was on t4 before this and have taken ephedrine before too im considering t3 as i think my thyriod sucks and see my sis eating pizza and not working out like i do yet shes slimmer than me and i cant keep busting my ass this hard and eating suff i dont like for the rest of my life just to look like this when im not even happy with how i look, when i do eat a slightly more normal balanced diet i get fat(ie 3 egg whites on 1 whole meal slice toast, 1 chicken breast with small cup of brown rice, small bowl of weetabix or oats before or after the gym = me getting fat????whats that about is my thyriod broken or what)
its mostly about my legs for me they are wobbly, have cellulite and a saggy ass(why cant my legs be like my arms which i can see all the little muscles in when i move them) i worry that if i have to reduce my bodyfat all over just to have thiner legs im going to have a too lean upper body? i want to keep the muscle ive got, not get much bigger a little bigger muscles is ok, get some abs and i love obliques and tris i want to see them more and i want to see leg muscle but have slim legs.
Any advice or questions welcome.

Exactly how long have you been training?
Get off the clen imo.
What is your rep range?
Drink at least a gallon of water a day.
What do you have for bed? What's "ahhhh!"

You're doing way too much and eating way too little and your body is hanging on every ounce of fat it has for dear life (and it's not a figure of speech). Chill, take a week off, eat whatever you like, then come up with a reasonable diet+exercise plan.
As for your thyroid, have it tested, don't take stuff just because it's there.

Okay, not to be a doubter, but are you serious? In looking at your BodySpace profile, you look like (are?) a magazine model and what 95%+ of the women of the world wish they looked like. That plus what 95% of men wish they had on their arm
That being said, people are usually their own biggest critic, and I'm no different. Being a model also has huge pressures, and often unwarranted ones. You or your employers may see fat on yourself, but training 12x per week is no good at all -- overtraining is counterproductive. If anything, ease up on the cardio and work more on resistance. That'll build up more muscle and definition, and do more for your overall goals.

i think you look awesome, i mean what do you think of us "normal" girls?? First off, 22 waist is extremely too small, and not attractive, ask any guy..same goes for the hips. Guys dont want a 12 yr old girl (i hope--haha) they like a girl with some curves. You got the boobs (btw ee is way to big!) you have to have definition in your legs to have the butt..skinny skinny girls dont have a butt
Now the other stuff--i would not take t3 or t4 until you knew if something was wrong wtih your thyroid (and i dont think it is, or you would be gaining lots of weight) if you take these meds when nothing is wrong wtih your thyroid, you will over work it and make something wrong with, then you will be sorry...Believe me..i see people do it all the time.
Dont envy your sister..you look great--seriously! The pizza and all the bad food will catch up to her...

Yes I too know the feeling of the skinny sister.... mine is a UK size 6... and I'm a 14ish... but guess what she would like my proportions.... maybe not be quite as big.... but...
The attractiveness of a 22 waist does depend on the rest of her stats.....
If I could get rid of this chubby stuff around my belly, mine wouldn't be far off that, but I would have still almost 40 hips, (26 - 43 at present)... and everything else is relative.... on the other hand, my sister has no hips and with the same waist size as I have now does look like a 12 yo....
Like the poster above said... you look great.... you can see imperfections... but then we are each our own worst critic....
Seriously mate.... at the moment ... don't think about all those supplements you are considering.... I don't think that they will do you any good... check out the posts in the supplements section....
Perhaps you are actually overtraining, and what your body really needs is a rest.... If you really have the spare cash to spend on those supps etc... better try to find a good personal trainer that has experience in your field and pay for good advice from them.... it will do you more good in the long run....
Where are you based.... I might be able to reccommend someone that could help.. PM me..... I used work in the UK both in the south of England and in Scotland in various gyms....
