Besides drinking more water?
I already drink about a gallon a day.

So let me get this straight...
"eliminate carbs" - Does that mean ZERO carbs? or Low carbs? So I assume most calories come from proteins and fats? What would you advice a vegan? My diet consists mainly of fruits, nuts and vegetables. On occasion fish, chicken, lean beef, yogurt and cottage cheese.
"lower cals" - i think i understand
"lower sodium" - ok, I hardly ever add salt to my food. As i said before i mainly eat fruits and vegetables. plain and raw.
"drink low sodium water" - I drink distilled h2o with lemon about a gallon a day. height : 5' 4" weight: 135 (NOT a bodybuilder, just into health) Should I drink more?
"do a depletion workout" - What is an example of a "depletion" workout? Everyday I jump rope intense pace for 30 minutes with a sauna suit on.
