Guys anyone ever try T-bar rows with a bar; where you stick the bar in the corner. If so, whats the benefits to this over regular t-bar rows?

The avantages? Would be the use of stabalyzing muscles..
easier on your back? Build up lower back muscles to handle it.
I remember when I first did T-Bar rows.. I was only able to load up 25LB plates on it. Anymore and the Plate would hit my chest and that would limit my rom. I don't think I set it up right.
I'm gonna do them tomorrow though for my back day. See how they go..
Does the bar smack your nut sack also? I seem to remember that one! And front bb shrugs... man.. I'm gonna have a day tomorrow! The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

but then again, we have both versions at my gym and it's fixed to the ground (no need to put the bar on a corner end)
also, the thing that you hold firmly with your hands on regular t-bar rows, well it's the same for the modified version, so i guess that's how i can use as much weight on both versions
