Thumbs up My abs get sore for no reason sometime (like after waking up)

Any explanations? It would be way cool if I was doing random twitching movements at night, working my abs...
Short black leather skirts, stomach tattoo, glitter panties, sexy belt...had to have you...

Abs get worked as auxiliary muscles through many movements, such as squats, deadlift, running, even from curls if you are tensing your entire body. Most of the time you don't even realize you're squeezing your mid section. I rarely trains abs so sometimes mine get sore after squats.

Sometimes soreness can be delayed, and not occur for a couple of days. That happens with my legs.

The soreness is either from being worked and you not realizing it, or they are injured, such as a pull or something. Give it time, if it doesn't go away and you can't figure it out, see a doc.
