Ive been working out doing the same ole split for a while now.......Im gonna try this new split, tell me what you think......
DAY1- Chest, Shoulders
DAY2- Legs, Abs
DAY3- OFF
DAY4- Back, Abs
Day5- Bi's, Tri's
DAY6- OFF
DAY7- REPEAT CYCLE
