Anyone tried the Universal Animal Pak ????
Hi there
I used to just have a normal multi-vitamin everyday, together with a few other supplements ( Fish oil, CLA, Magnesium), but have decided to give the Animal Pak a go, as they say it very complete.
This is my second day, and the only thing I found is that I have a nasty headache. I don't think it is anything else, because my training and diet is the same.
Just wondering if anyone else out there uses this and if they had any reactions to it ( apart from it being so huge )
Timmy

I've been using it, but for less than a week. I haven't had any bad reactions to it... haven't notice anything, really, good or bad - but it's still early. Sucks taking those horse pills though!

Animal Pak
Hi runNwild
Thanks for that reply..
I have resolved to just stop taking it - it was not working for me, as long as I took them, I still had the headache. But since I stopped, it's all back to normal. It may be because of my body size - I am really tiny -5ft and weigh 45kg, so it might be that i think??
So it's back to my normal in-take of multi's, Glutamine, Fish Oil, Magnesium, Vit C and CLA - sounds just as many as the Animal Pak
but nothing can compare to those

You can always cut back from the '2 packs a day' to just one, but I am guessing you have already tried that.
My wife really likes Techline's Vita-tech packs the best, and she is a serious critic.

Yep! Tried that
Hi ctgblue
Yes, I tried just the one pak and still did not work - I found after i took the two big dark brown one's the head-ache started. But it made me feel really bad, to a point that I could not train for those couple of days, so I think it's best to give it a miss
I have heard so many good things about them though, so I was really disappointed with my reaction to it, well I guess certain things don't work for everyone....BUT there are always alternatives!!
