You're a n00b to bodybuilding you're going to get gains very quickly without. I wouldn't suggest supplementing with creatine until about 6 months in.www.alexphoto.ca

Why are you on creatine if you just started 3 weeks ago?

take a pic when you have something to show
why would we want to see a pic of a typical teenager's arm?
everybody's got arms! they're all over the place! i can see little arms all day long.
when your bicep is 20" then maybe we might want to look at it...i doubt it, but maybeFatloss thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=311486

^^^Why don't you stop being a jackass? He was just wanting to know how he was progressing, he never said he was huge or anything. And you don't have room to be talking either dude, you weigh the same as me and there's only a 2in difference in height so it's not like you're jacked or anything.

you dont need supps, dont let yourself brainwash

get some quality whey protein...nitro tech works works i'm sure but its very expensive...i'd go for 100% optimum whey...it's like half the cost, it tastes good, and works good...ignore the flames, not everyone (even in this thread) on this board is like that...your bicep looks good to me for how long you've been lifting...get some pics of your entire arm and some other body shots so we can monitor your progress...keep up the good work

1) Ditch the supplements
2) Not bad, but i wouldn't suggest that was built in 3 weeks; More likely simply pumped up with small gains
3) Ditch the supplements
4) Get down a routine
5) Eat like a beast

OP, id say keep up the work, you have a good start. dont let people talk you down. If you keep your chin up, you will succeed. Never give up.God bless/science be with our military
