today is leg day and unfortunatly woke up with a stiff neck
sucks real bad to have a stiff neck, tonight i am going to load up on the Icy hot and hope that does the trick.

would it be a bad idea to workout legs today since i have a stiff neck.
should i do arms instead or just stay at home and chill?

I think working arms would put just as much stress on teh neck as legs would (save squats). If it's bad, rest. If it's not so bad, work out light. If you can take more, do more.
