How bad were my past two days?
I normally don't post too many threads but the past 2 days it "seems" as if I have been off nutrition wise. I went golfing yesterday with a bunch of friends so it was an off day for me. I just want to get a feel as to how bad you guys think that I ate.
Yesterday:
*4 eggs, 1 yellow, 2 slices of bread (a sandwich)
*2 ProMax Protein bars
lots of water
*@ Chili's I had a Cajun Chicken Sandwich (grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, bread, then it had mayo and fried breaded pieces like on the outside of onion rings) with fries...For appetizers, I had chips, salsa, and a few pieces of an awesome blossom...
I ordered the sandwich thinking it was w/o the fried breaded pieces, cheese and mayo since I didn't read that in the description.
Today:
*same egg sandwhich
*a little bit of beef stew
*12" Sweet Onion Chicken Terryaki sandwich from Subway (w/o mayo, cheese, salt 'n peppa, oil/vinegar or sweetonion sauce)
*2 pieces of carne asada (w/ pretty much all the fat removed)
1 bowl of beef stew
wheat bread
big bowl of Special K w/ 0% fat milk
The meals were spaced out about every 2.5-3 hours. Each "*" is a meal. Now I know it could have been worse but I just want to get a feel if it was horrible, terrible, a little bad or not that bad.
Thanks

Yeah bro, I wouldn't sweat it much, you could have done A LOT worse than that. Just forget about it and get back to your normal diet and hit the gym hard, everyone slips a little bit, we're human and it's expected.

I know it wasn't a lot of food, it just a couple meals that worried me (quality-wise). I'm going back to my normal meals. Just hoping that it didn't set me back a lot.
I appreciate the replys guys. Repped.

A couple of days won't do anything! Plus, those aren't bad at all - except maybe the quality of the chili's food, but you only live once; remember that.

Yeah, the Chili's meal was the main one I was worried about.
