Im having pain similair to piriformis syndrome pain, it seems to go from my left side to my right side sometimes soon sometimes it can take a week or two, but the pain is never on both sides at once. What do you guys think it could be?

I've had that before in my time.. It hasn't happened in a long time but it was definitely weird.

well its been going on for 6 months.
Also my right side hurt then I did some stretching and next day my left side hurt, my left side never hurts until i stretch it but wont go away.

Have you had piriformis syndrome before or are you assuming you did based on reading information about it? I'm not flaming here, this is actually a legit question, the answer of which may shed some light on the nature of your present issues...
