I think its fine as long as your staying within your overall cutting calorie range for the day....(for me its around 1800-2200 per day) Just be aware if you are watching your carbs that its probably a bit more carbs than most of your meals are going to be throughout the day.

me thinks we eat the same type of pasta. is it in a brown box with a green label? its tasty, but is kinda high in carbs
