i need something with like 50g per serving..most of them are only 20g.....so waht do u people recommend....

sixpak aren't you like 150 pounds or so bro? I dunno if you're trying to stay Skinny GQ type or what, but if not, nlarge2 has 52 grams of protein per serving =) but it's a weight gainer...Otherwise i'm take K's reccomendation and just take two scoops. Also if you drink it with milk that also adds more protein buddy. a protein shake, with 2 glasses of 2% milk=around 40 grams of protein.
