i went to the doctor today and was diagnosed with a minor liver infection and my doctor told me it was nothing major and it is common. I was wondering should i continue taking my supps or not

protein
glycergrow and Purple wraath(just started)
bulk amino acids(just started)

Drop the creatine mono for sure. I don't know what the heck is in purple wraath so I can't tell you. Also, just for money's sake, drop the glcergrow bc it has "sodium chloride" as being part of its active ingredients. Wow, that's impressive considering that's just regular old table salt. I don't know what it's other ingredients are so wait for someone else to give their opinion.

I'd stop everything until the infection is gone.
What's that, about two weeks? No big deal. Then when you start using your supps again, you'll be very responsive.

medication lasts about 5 days and i should be fine

Good, then stop the supps for 5 days.
Let the meds do their work without the interference of supplements in your system.

Good advice. Creatine can effect the liver if it is not working right and especially if its not dosed perfectly either. I'd drop everything but the glutamine and protein personally.Originally Posted by B P Spin
