How to make the famous Cell Tech

Hey wassup, I just finished up my cell tech, expensive **** but works well and just got 1000 mg of creatine from bodybuilding.com....Really looking forward to using it but I have read somewhere on the post there is an easy way to make cell tech if u mix creatine with the gatoraid and some other stuff but i cannt find the article...Anyone help me with this, b/c im not about to spend that much on that **** again....

Take it with 1 litre of Gatorade, 100 mcg's of chromium picolinate, 200 mgs of ALA and you're good to go.

yes you are....

you need some dextrose and some ALA and chromium (not important), this is all added to increase insulin sensitivity.
if you want to go all the way and make 4th generation creatine you can add potassium bicarbonate and citric acid, this must be done in the right ratio of course, which i can explain if i'm asked. it lowers the PH level of the water from the natural 7 to 4. When the level is 4 the creatine dissolves completely which is imperative for absorbtion. Like many people who just take a teaspoon of creatine and down it with water or something, that's like not chewing your food. 5 grams of creatine needs something like 670 ml of water to fully dissolve.

alright i have gnc mega creatine, but i want to add more oomph into it like the cell tech has, this creatine slef-dissolves into water,what should i do. i gueess ill go buy ALA, and chromium an di should take it seperatly,liek right away though. and where can i get dextrose.

and about that other stuff to make the creatine dissolve in watter,again this creatine already does EASILY,effervescant or something liek that, should i bother with that stuff then.

and yes CANYOU POST THE exact amount ,i really am interested.


also after im done with this stuff im gonig to cycle TRAC creatine in(liek have every other month use trac(expensive!) and other month use this gnc stuff) for trac do i even need to add this stuff,b\c ive read it has some excellent systems of its own.

It is about 40g if I remember correctly, per serving.

i do this all the time the proportion is 34g of dextrose with 5g of creatine heres a site on it.

alright u guys do u guys have an answer to my taking this with mega creatine or trac?

so this is what im thinking. im gonna do what this guy said to do. except not use koolaid,so ill jsut have dextrose water. then ill pour the creatine in it when im ready. and with that take the ALA pill of 100mg and the 200mcg pill of chromium. what about taurine whats that do ,is it important?

oh and should i even go with the ala and chromium,b\c he didnt . is it important,b\c if its not then id be saving myself 30 bucks for the ala and lsome more for the chromium.

and also where cna i get dextrose around my house? any popular stores?.
