I do leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls (once a week) + bicycling and swimming + 15 min. stretching
But in the last 2 weeks my knees have been cracking a lot (every second step I take). No pain or nothing, but I'm afraid something bad could happen on the long run.
Anybody got advice on knee treatment. HELP!
Last time I saw a physiotherapist, he said bodybuilding's bad...bla bla bla...stop training...bla bla bla
-I've also always been taking glucosamine/msm joint formula pills
