Right above my left shoulder blade, I get an extremely strange "draining" feeling, in that muscle region, when I do a front deadlift. It feels as if water is
dripping down that side of my back, and then the muscle proceeds to feel like a hollow area.
This only happens when I front deadlift, and only hurts a little. If I do keep going, it's quite painful.
I don't need to lift heavy at all for it to happen either.
Granted I am doing the front deadlift correctly, I was wondering if anyone knows...
- What this is
- What, in particular, is aggravating it
- If I should prevent it
- How I should prevent it
- If I should prevent it, what are my limitations
- What resources can I read about this
- Any other information I should know
Thanks.
