Ladies,
My container of xtend came in the mail today. The directions say i should mix two scoops of xtend in a 500ml bottile if i'm under 160 pounds and split it during and before my workout.
Then it says to take 13gr right after.
This would be for mostly my running... so my question is do i take it like it's describing? Or would i take i bottle for running and 1 during workouts (weights)?
