    how to use creatine

    i heard numerous comments on how to use creatine. should i use it a month on a month off? i heard people experienced stomach cramps after long use, any advice on how often to use it would be helpful, thanks

    I'll tell you bro but be careful 'cause this has been answered many times. People might flame you.

    Load creatine for 5 days at 3 doses of 7 grms(spread doses over the day. make sure one coincides postworkout). Then maintain at 2 doses of 5 grms. Do it for 6 to 10 weeks until you stop gaining. Cycle it off for 4 weeks. Start over.

    I've always wondered...wouldn't creatine be better pre-workout?

    If you usually have a insulin spike pre workout then sure but no one really does.

    preworkout for strengh.
    postworkout for recovery


    You can take it both preworkout and postworkout though you might get a case of the movies.
