I'll tell you bro but be careful 'cause this has been answered many times. People might flame you.
Load creatine for 5 days at 3 doses of 7 grms(spread doses over the day. make sure one coincides postworkout). Then maintain at 2 doses of 5 grms. Do it for 6 to 10 weeks until you stop gaining. Cycle it off for 4 weeks. Start over.
