Derek, are you still using HMB as part of your supplement regeme?
I am considering using it for the ending weeks of TP PT's phase 2, and the whole of phase 3.
My question mainly adresses dosage. I am 165lbs roughly. So I doubt I will need as much as you. I was planning on progressively adding more HMB as the intensity/frequency of training increased. How does this look?
for any given phase:
week 1- 3g per day training days, 2g per day rest days=18g per week.
week 2- 4 g per day training days, 3g per day rest days=25g per week.
week3- 5g per day training days, 4g per day rest days=32g per week.
week4- 6g per day training days, 5g per day rest days=39g per week.
The doses(500mg each) will be spread throughout the day. Mainly concentraed around workouts.
Do you think this much would be nessecary? And would it be nessecary in the first week of each phase? As they are very easy, so cellular integrity would nt be taxed that much.
