Incline Cable Flye
Flat Bench Press
Lever Seated High Row
Machine Seated Row
Resistance Band Row
Cable Shrugs
shoulders/arms
Standing Low-Pulley Deltoid Raise
Front Cable Raise
Seated Barbell Military Press Machine
Dumbbell Shrug
biceps/triceps
B/Bell curls-Close Grip Bench Press
D/Bell Curls
Tricep Press Down
Jesus Cable Curls
Rope Pressdowns
legs
Barbell Deadlift
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Lever Seated Hip Abduction
Lever Seated Hip Adduction
Seated Leg Curl
Seated Calf Press
now the question i have is
what do you think of my bicep/tricep day
would you change anything
also what do you think of my other 2 days.
i do 1 warm up set then 4 other sets
i do 10-10 reps warm up then
i do
12,10,10.8 reps on the others.
im just looking for the best exercises to get big biceps and triceps.
also need good exercises to fatten my back up and look bigger,
any reccomendations please.
