Do a search and you will find that most people dissagree with your statement. Although there are guys like BIGPOPPAPUMP that used it in massive dosing and got some good gains off of it. Some say it raises LH levels, but not testosterone. How it can affect one and not the other is beyond me. The thing is, it is two steps below androstenedione...and we all know how crappy that is. Use tribulus if you want a raise in libido.

Yep, tribs good for ole big sam and the twins but thats about it. The only natural test boost (prohormones and steroids not included) is ZMA and people have mixed feelings about that. skip the trib and the use money to get more food.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that ZMA is controversal or even questionable, it's just that it is somewhat of a waste of money when you can just get Zinc, magnesium, and Vitamin B-6 from a drug store. It won't cause massive strength and weight gains, but it is something that every bodybuilder should be using year round (except when on ph cycles) to keep test levels peaked and immune system in top notch condition.

Sorry bro...didnt mean to downplay ZMA, but just that for many its not extremely noticable if they get adequate daily minerals. However, "noticing" and working are different matters. Not gonna give you an extra 10lbs on your bench in a week just because you start supping with it but will help in the long run..also you are defenitely correct about making it yourself, much cheaper and you can ensure good quality.
