    50 cent - abs

    Hi, I noticed that 50cents abs arent really ripped to much they are more bigger with more mass and ripped a little bit. I was wondering if anyone could place nice excercises to get abs with more mass like this instead of really ripped abs.Heres the pics of his abs.



    Also his arms i was wondering what muscle does he probably workout and what does his arms look like are the bigger muscles his bis or tris? i know your tris consist of 2/3rds but what muscle does it look like he has cuz he has awkward looking arms

    idk wut ur talking about his abs are pretty ripped... i mean not like a bb but umm hes not a bb


    if you want abs just train them but maintain slightly high bf

    also i have no idea about his arms as far as i no thats all genetics




    also try getting shot a couple of times idk maybe that helps

    well...i'd just say do ab training w/ resistance (weight) and keep your body fat % above shredded...lol...about the arms, i'm sure he doesn't just work one muscle...hes just a thick built person right now and it looks like hes got real long bicep heads...hes just got some pretty good size i'd say...i'm almost positive he wouldn't target bi's over tri's or vice versa...

    Weighted crunches what size weight??Rep range??

    you are probably talking about his delts (shoulders) they pop out on his sides. That is normal.

    If you want thicker abs, gain body mass while lifting and within 6 months you'll probably achieve them.

    Crunches are for old people. We do weighted sit-up round here my friend. Try Leg ups for your lower abs. But in the future, try the Exercise section of the site...

    Sit ups hurt my back because i had a misplaced disk but are situps really THAT MUCH better than crunches?

    Also to work the delts you have to work your back right?

    His arms seem big to me or maybe its his delts like someone else said? he did spend time in jail alot maybe he worked out alot in jail but anyway i dont know his arms seem to like stick out or something but his abs are still good cuz there not to ripped there like a slab of muscle

    2nd i would have posted a pic for advice but i dont hav a camera at the moment

    I was tested and i only have 5% body fat i know you think its bull becaue that what the guy who tested me said but he did it twice and without a doubt im 5% body fat even though i USE TO eat junk food all the time.

    Well i promise i am not bull****ting i mean im trying to get abs like this why would i make **** up? If i had 20 % body fat i would say it so i can get abs like this i just wanted to know maybe because my abs are real weak and i need to strengthen them i really only have 5% body fat.

    I doubt you are 5% though, that is quite low and I doubt you could be able to sustain it for an extended period.
