4 days of cheat/binge days(the aftermath)
i started out on wednesday night at 169.3 lbs then from the 25th to the 28th came the binge days
consisted of :
sprite/7ups
twix bars/oreos/milky ways
espresso fraupacionos(sp?)
calzones,ribeyes, filet mingons
potato salads, pasta, coleslaw
ice cream, milkshakes, krispy kremes.
Slices of pie, an entire pie
well the aftermath is this:
A. I cannot see my abs, well i sort of can but its lumped
B. a solid 10-12 lbs of weight gain, currently hoverign around 177-180
C. I sweated more than usual today after training.. A LOT MORE
D. I do not feel an ounce of guilt!
The final question being, how long would this take to drop? im pretty certain the vast majority of it is waterweight?
I pretty much have a split of
Mon/Tue/Thur - Muay Thai/Bjj training w/conditioning/cardio drills
Wed/Fri/Sat - Strength training/ w/cardio/conditioning drills
Sunday - rest

It's just water weight and glycogen storage. Hit the gym and you'll be fine in 24-48 hours.

Dude, the same thing happened to me over the past three days. I am estimating around 8-10,000 calories per day over the three day weekend. My cheats consisted of mass amounts of ice cream (my favorite food ), pasta, cookies, bagels, cheese, and lots and lots of cereal, lol. I also gained around 10 pounds, but i can tell most of the bloat will go away with minimal fat gain. The key is to not let this happen to often, and if you train regularly, nothing will come of it. In fact, with all of my glycogen stores filled, i swear i had one of the best workouts of my life today with massive pumps. Moral of the story: No big deal, once in a while won't kill you... besides, with all of those drills and cardio you do, the fat will just melt off

That's messed up man... I'm meso-endo and just went through a solid 14 days of nothing BUT cheating, and I just gained a little bit on my abs. As I've found out, though, over the last 3 days, that was mostly water since I'm looking almost the same as I did on May 14th before I left...

how long did it take you too get the ripped physique?? b/c i binged all memorial weekend and I felt terrible. NOt as bad but pounding 2 large pizza in one day was bad to worse thign I have ever done but it was after my photo shoot so I felt I deserved something but at the same time all the hard work to geeting ripped abs, It seems to disappear after bing eating, hopefully i'l get it back in about a week, Ive been busting my ass off in the gym and eating super clean this week and doing tons of cardio like it was 2-3 weeks out so I can get my body back. What are your thoughts??

Final Results!
ok here are the ***FINAL RESULTS***
cheat/binge days started friday may 25th and ended just now thursday may 31st. 830pm
Weight pre-cheat - 169.3
Weight post-cheat - 185.6
So i gained approx. 16 lbs or so. i will keep everyone updated!
Tomorrow will be my detox day of only water all day, i havnt the slightest bit of regret doing this however i have headaches, stomach cramps, bloating and gas.
So I will go through a 24 hour period of minimal eating, maximum liquid intake then resume on my clean daily caloric intake of 45/35/20(prot/carb/fat) and my hard training
thoughts on this everyone?

give ur head a shake you douche biggalow!!!
Stop binging...and no, not drinking or eating for days will not help the situation. Go back to smaller meals, 6x/day, and watch yourself piss for a week straight...the weight will come off, just stay away from that junk.

If only you'd been able to think that clearly before your binge

holy ****, 16lbs. that's ****ing ridiculous. You must have aten all day literally. I binged for like 3 days on top of drinking and threw up all my food b/c of ****load of liquor that was pourted into my body that i wasn't used to, on top of stuffing myself and feeling so full, I didn't want to binge EVER again.

thats not too bad, i recently got married (past saturday) and i had 4 days off and i guess you can call it a binge..... started off on thursday night with a visit to the chinese buffet for the rehearsal dinner, and then until sunday night i just took a break from my diet, enjoyed myself for my wedding. ate lots of cake and dessert type foods that i never get to enjoy, bread, and a few other things. lots of fruit. it was nice for a change. but i weighed about 180 before starting, and going to bed on sunday night i weighed 19 pounds heavier. i usually weigh about 8 or so pounds more at night, so there was a big difference. i knew it was mostly water because i'm on a keto diet and was deprived of carbs. well now its friday and im down to about 184-185, and i just keep losing more weight each day (i started keto on the monday) and its all water.... maybe i might have gained a pound of fat, but it'll be gone in a week and it was worth the break
/end rant lol
