I have use Jana Tana Posing Gel in my last show & had good results. I popped flush niacin prior to the stage but it didn't last long.
Can you combine Muscle Juice & Hot Stuff prior to hitting the stage or will it smooth out the muscularity affect with too many layers?
If I want to heat up the muscles & dialate the blood vessels will Hot Stuff be effective to also add the sheen like muscle juice & posing gel? Then I only need to add Hot Stuff.

anyone try using something like icy hot or tiger balm? also try standing in the sun for a while or somewhere its hot.

I bought a bottle of hot stuff for my comp next weekend, and all it does for me is just turn my skin red. I saw slight vascularity increase through the redness.

Same results- when I used it I got red spots- blochy....

you only need the hot stuff, it will add the sheen too. However it broke me out in a painfull rash, so i don't use it. Didn't help the vascularity much either.
