    Angry Training Frequency

Hey. I am just wondering how many times a week do you train each body part. Or mabye better put, how many times a week do you do each major lift. ( big 3 ) I used to train each body part once a week, but now i am thinking of trying each body part twice a week. what do yous think?

lol I think I'm the only one on these boards that trains muscle groups 2 times a week. Muscle recovery only takes 48-72 hours, after that your capacity actually starts to lower. Here's my split:
    Monday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
    Tuesday: Total Lower Body
    Wednesday: Back/Biceps
    Thursday: Repeat as Monday
    Friday: Repeat as Tuesday
    Saturday: Repeat as Wednesday
To be honest, I feel lazy and I don't work out as well when I take more than 3 days off from a muscle group, but that's me.
    What motivates you?
