Stomach isn't bulging so much, chest looks like there is more muscle and less fat than before, and arms I can't even see. Good job so far.

routine and diet well for routine im all over the place i make sure i run 12 miles a week now (getting ready for footall i play rb)i dont eat any fast food.just whey,water,gatorade,soy milk,salad potatoes,eggs etc.im starting to make a workout routine that fits me sometimes this week since im outta school now

found this article about fat loss. might work for you better since your gonna be a running back and sprinting helps. it talks about how sprints can be better than slow paced cardio like jogging.
