yep...my last routine, i did them first for bicep exercises

also...at the end of the routine, try a hold at the top for as long as you can. then release as slowly as possible. i read that in article here and it helped put on some size

I do Close-Grip Chins to supplement my Bicep training. I hope that over a period of time it will help me enhance my Biceps. By "supplement," I mean that the most important part of my Bicep training is direct Bicep work.

They're my Bicep and Lat movement in one, although some people here don't agree with me not doing curls, they're working very well adding an inch in the last two months on arms, although take into account I'm a newbie. That said they're clearly working my bis plenty hard to stimulate growth, which to me suggests they may be enough, seeing as that is the bottom line on any exercise/bodypart.

    I do three sets.

if you use half range of motion then the movement will hit your biceps quite hard. if you use the full range of motion hang all the way down and then pull youself up then you will hit the lats harder, as well as the biceps

i usually do the full ROM on back days, and half ROM on arm days

Hell Yes! Actually, I do pullups & chinups more for endurance, but they've had a great impact on my back and arms

yeah, chin ups are the ultimate bicep exercise. I do 4 sets of as many as I can do (usually about 12).

i also include them as last exercise. i don't go for full chinups, but rather hold at the half point, when the angle at the elbow is 90deg.
