hi there. just started on my ecy stack. just want to know how much will i lose in around 4 weeks? I'm 5'5, 170lbs. Cutting routine would be like 3 lifting days and 12-15 minutes of HIIT on the bike after that. Also keeping myself to below 1500 cals a day. How much can i hopse to lose? 10lbs? 20lbs?
I would try to limit yourself to 2 lbs a week. You very well may lose more, and if you do, raise your calorie intake. Personally, I think your cal intake is too low. At 10x your BW in cals, you'll lose enough as it is
