I'm sure you're all sick of hearing about Purple Wraath but I have a couple questions on how to take it, and couldn't find anything with the search.
Should I being eating right before my meal when using Purple Wraath? Wouldn't that be a little overkill on the aminos, and therefore a waste of money?
Do you all really drink a serving all the way from pre-workout to post-workout? If not, when do you drink it?
How do you incorporate this into your cardio?
I just picked up a container and I'm ready to give it a go, but don't want to waste any of it by not using it properly. Thanks.

I take 1/2 to 1 scoop pre-workout mixed with GM and 1/2 to 1 scoop During my workout.
