I just looked over last year's 3 weeks out pics, and I must say you look MUCH larger then last year. Although last year your abdominal section was a bit more leaner, you progressing very nicely.
Your Back DB and DB blow last years out of the water!!

Looking good Beast. As a fellow competitor I have a little advice on your posing. Open up on your side chest and side Tricep. Will make your chest look bigger. Just twist a little and your waist disappears and chest explodes, look at arnold

I really want a totaly toned flat chest, however after working out for nearlly 6 months now my pecs are getting bigger!! My chest workout involves flys and various bench presses and I'm steadily increasing the weights that I use but not too sure if I should be doing this. Can anyone help?

Looking shredded derek! I love your bicep/shoulder seperation on the rear dub, very impressive. Hmmm, only thing I notice is that your abs could have a little more "mass" to them, would give them more defined ridges.
