Most popular picks are Excell, Xtend, and ICE

^^ I've used all three of those and purple wraath. They all seem to do what they're sopposed to, only difference is price and taste IMO. I am currently using excell. As far as price goes, it was the best value. I also like the extra taurine.

I think when it comes to something like this I usually go with whatever one of the top sellers is here on the sight. It's like buying a multi vitamin. You can't really feel any effects when taking them. The important thing is that you keep a steady flow of BCAA's in you body so you keep yourself in a positive nitrogen balance, which equalls growth! I use Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Protein which is loaded with BCAA's is high in protein and low in carbs. I also take their BCAA's in capsule form. Good bang for the buck. I always take them with my meals and before and during weight training. I also pop about 5g in me before I do my cardio in the AM on an empty stomach so my body doesn't burn muscle for fuel. I also Optimum Nutrition's casein protein before I go to bed, which is also loaded with BCAA's and the other plus on their protein powders is the high amount of L-glutamine. I've gotten great results using these products. Hope this help. BOL!

if your truly after high dose BCAA's you need to buy a bulk powder that has nothing in it but BCAA's.

Best thread that I've found that shows what you're getting for what you're paying:
