    Me before i start bulking up. Need MOTIVATION, and some Help*

    Ok, these pictures are of me just today. I plan on doing the starting strength program and getting bigger(improving on muscle mass, lifting more).

    Starting Height:5'7
    Weight:165

    Also before i start on the Starting Strength program i was wondering do i do 1 rep for every 10 pounds added to find my initial weight or 5 sets . Secondly, do i add 10 pounds a week or every other day that i workout or something else??* I have also read through the thread about this but it does not clarify it enough for me to understand. Any response would help thanks and i cant wait till i get started on this. I will probably cut next year

    honestly, I would go on a caloric defecit for about 8 - 12 weeks then bulk, you looking ****ing huge (muscular wise) already.

    ur black genetics are good to u... ur not ment to look bulky, ur ment to look like ur brother ripped.. i bet ur brother looks like he weighs 10-15lbs more than he does, black peoples physiques are annoying like that..

    i would also recommend doing this - cut for a few months and then bulk. read the nutrition stickies to figure out how many calories to consume and how to calculate your macros (macronutrients: fat, protein, carbs.)

    I would eat at or just barely below maintenence and do a slow recomp. You can still gain muscle on a deficit if ur a begginer

    Alright sounds good thats what I plan on doing for the next few months. Cardio by playing basketball and abs one day and those seven exercises on the other. Taking protein and multivitamins also
