Ok, these pictures are of me just today. I plan on doing the starting strength program and getting bigger(improving on muscle mass, lifting more).

Also before i start on the Starting Strength program i was wondering do i do 1 rep for every 10 pounds added to find my initial weight or 5 sets . Secondly, do i add 10 pounds a week or every other day that i workout or something else??* I have also read through the thread about this but it does not clarify it enough for me to understand. Any response would help thanks and i cant wait till i get started on this. I will probably cut next year
