How Often to Measure? (Semi-serious)
No, not that, get your mind out of the gutter.
I'm wondering how often I should take my body measurements to monitor my progress. Thoughts?

After each meal. I notice a .2483628 increase in waist after each meal.. Its about the only thing that increases from hour to hour

when u measure, do u flex and pump to measure, do u just flex and no pump, or just relaxed?

Protein supplement= staple supplement
creatine= i don't use it, but it's still good for many

I think you should measure often. People say not to, but I don't see why not; especially if you enjoy checking on your progress. I say go for it.
In the past, I'd take a photo every 10 days. I'd stand in the same position, same distance from the camera, and use Photoshop/ImageReady to animate. Yes, you can see a very real difference in 10 days. It's a small difference, but it is, without a doubt, a difference.
Right now, I've dropped the camera approach; but I'm using weekly skinfold measurements to estimate my BF%. I'm just doing the 3-site test; my BF is actually a lot higher than what it says (No way in hell am I 9% right now) but my numbers are consistent with each other and are a great way to measure progress.

if your a natural lifter i would suggest every 2-4 weeks.....when im "on" i measure every day......lol

although alot of people suggest to take measurements cold (because thats what your body looks like 99% of of the time)
I personally don't think it should matter, as long as all your measurements are taken consistently pumped or cold (so you can see your progress)
btw i do mine pumped, because that extra .5-2'' makes me feel better  ...lmao

measurements should be taken cold.....right when you get out of bed in the morning.....this is when you will get the biggest readings......measurements can vary throughout the day.....my arms can sometimes be up to 1/4 inch smaller at night before bed
