I have very tight hip flexors, which is contributing to my anterior pelvic tilt. I usually jog for my cardio routine. Will running cause my hip flexors to become even tighter? I do warrior lunges and other hip flexor stretches, but am worried that my cardio might be nullifying these stretches.

Also, can anyone give me some tips on proper technique for hanging leg raises. I've heard that if you do them wrong, they can cause hip flexors to become stronger and tighter.
