Hi all,
My body stats
172cm 72 kg 15-17 % body fat
Goal; cut until 66kg
My plan for the first few weeks is hitting 200-300 cal deficit with an 8 hour eating window
Macros p110-130 F60-70 C280-300.
I don't eat junk food ie. Burgers or fries
Yet I want to eat chicken thighs, pork shoulder, ribeye, rice, pasta rather than only eating healthy food like oats, chicken fillet, eggs.
My question is can I go without eating these healthy ones IIFYM
Or should I have healthy food days 3 times a week and the rest can be whatever I want
Or mix them with a balance like oats and eggs for lunch and anything for dinner
Also what's the difference between eating only clean and eating anything ? Is there negative things in terms of fat loss and maintain muscle if eating anything?
For my health wise, I can imagine fat from fish is better than from chicken thighs for testosterone level and oats are better than rice or pasta as they have more fiber
Any advice would be appreciated.

If your profile pic is recent I would put you sub 15% closer to 13% IMO.
Aslong as you hit your desired protein and fat goals for the day it should be fine doing IIFYM. It was taken a month ago and was flexing hard Haha.
You think 110g of protein is enough for my body?
And any thoughts on combining IIFYM with intermittent fasting?
