do you use failure as a guide to know if you are using enough weight in your prescribed rep range. like doing 6-8 rep range should i hit failure before the 8th rep is this the correct way to use a rep range.and on the next sets should i just go to failure?

im making a new routine with 3 sets and 4-8 reps and the last set i will go to failure and the other two i stay in that rep range.
Make your own homeade weight gainer.
lift heavy.
do no cardio.
eat when you are hungry.
eat when you are bored.
eat when you are tired.
eat when you are full.
eat when you wake up.
eat before you go to bed.
eat instead of talking.
sleep at least 8 hrs a day.
take a multivitamin.
BE PATIENT, YOU WONT GET MASSIVE OVER NIGHT.
