Amino Acids
Hi i was wandering are Amino Acids compulsary? If they are which ones would you recommend and why, there are way too many to choose from, i dont know which ones actually work and which ones are the crap marketing hyped ones.

Yep those are both good right there but it wouldn't be a bad idea to supplement with bulk BA and CM as well as bulk leucine.

Hmmm... not too sure, but I thought all amino acids has calories, but it's not written in the nutrition panel, because it is not a complete protein. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

That is it right there. Since amino acids are basically protein, they count as 4 calories pre gram just like normal protein would. The reason that no calories are listed on the nutrition facts are because since aminos are not considered whole proteins, they cannot be listed as having caloric value. Like asianbabe said though, if you are not megadosing, you probably want notice a difference.
